This is a sequence
(L-R,T-B) of the solar eclipse from October 14, 2023, from
Chiefland, Florida. The sun was about 60% covered by the moon at
mid-eclipse, which roughly corresponds to the left-most shot in
the second row. There are sunspots visible in most of these
frames, the most prominent of which is at about 2:00 and about
1/3 of the way towards the sun's center. To build the montage
required hand-rotating and hand-aligning each shot with
reference to the "master" or last shot in PSP. |
